Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hernely, born Noel Hennely on the 25th of November 1968. She is a talented Canadian actor and singer who has made an important contribution to American TV. She has been praised for her stellar performance on the American television series Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons and Crossing Jordan, wherein she portrayed Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six seasons. Hennessy showed her talent in independent films such as Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy began her career in 1988along with her sister as twin call girls in Dead Ringers. She briefly appeared in Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story on Broadway in the year 1990. In 1993, she stepped out of the world of musicals, and into the genre of sci-fi as Dr. Marie Lazarus. She got her big break later in the year after she was tapped as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Parker won the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway production Proof.
