Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 in 1992) is an actress from Canada. She was the character Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born within British Columbia. To begin her professional career, she began with musical theater and dancing hoping to eventually being able to introduce more formal acting. Her high school graduation was sooner than she anticipated and enrolled at the Vancouver Film School where she received her Acting Essentials Certificate. After she completed the program, she went to an audition that was open and she got signed. She was a student at The Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver. Her rapport with Stephen Amell, positive feedback from fans and her sarcastic remarks led to being initially signed as a single-episode guest star.
