 Jimmy Donaldson (born May 7, 1998) also known as MrBeast, is an American YouTube personality an entrepreneur, philanthropist and entrepreneur. [6] He is credited for creating an YouTube video genre that is focused on extreme stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson posted videos to YouTube at 13 under the name "MrBeast6000". His first videos were a mixture of Let's Plays and videos estimating the wealth other YouTubers. In 2017, he became a viral sensation after his "counting to 100,000" video received millions of views in a matter of days, and he has been getting more and more popular ever since, with the majority of his videos receiving hundreds of millions of views.Over time, his style of content diversified to include challenge and donation videos that award millions of dollars, video with difficult challenges or tasks, and original vlogs. Donaldson hired many of his former classmates as his assistants for his expanding channel. MrBeast the main YouTube channel of Donaldson, a channel, with more than 100 million subscribers was launched in 2022.
